Stout - Imperial / Double Oatmeal
Thick and contemplative. A fascinating combination of chocolate, oat cookies and coffee with cream, supported by interesting red currant, cedar, and earthy spice. Oak tannins add balance to a very full bodied and hearty cold winter stout. This jet black stout is proudly named after the T-33 plane mounted in Leduc.

	Sour - Fruited
This refreshingly tart strawberry sour is a jamboree for the senses. A tantalizing shock of flavour to revitalize and reinvigorate you with every sip.

	Lager - Vienna
We're throwing it back with our Vienna inspired Amber Lager. 100% Canadian Vienna malt is amplified with a single decoction mash and rounded out with some fun, herbal and berry hop notes. Prost!

	Pale Ale - American
Like a racehorse, you're sure to "Burn the Breeze" to grab one of these bold pale ales. With strong citrus and pine flavours, this is well balanced by a warm bread and honey malt backbone.

	Sour - Fruited
This beer is so damn juicy that regardless of your summer plans, these tropical fruits will take you from one of Alberta's beaches to paradise. Drink fresh, store cold.

	Stout - Foreign / Export
Crafted for Wyrd Bier Adventure 2024, our entry is a Foreign/Export style off-dry stout with cinnamon bark, all spice, nutmeg, coriander, thyme, ginger, scotch bonnet peppers and salt. Warm, roasty, and spicy, each sip unlocks a taste of the Caribbean.

The 2023 Edition 518 Oak-aged imperial stout is now creamier than ever, darker than ever, richer than ever, and stronger than ever at 10% ABV.

	IPA - American
A throwback West Coast IPA with classic "C" hop varieties and a touch of crystal malt for colour and balance.

	Sour - Other
Kettle sour flavoured with lemon peel and dried kelp from the west coast. Savoury & refreshing

	Smoked Beer
Peat smoked malt and sugar kelp combine to create a very rich and complex flavour profile. For fans of Peated Whisky, this is a weird one!

	Red Ale - Other
For our first experiment in Raw Ales we brewed a Pacific Northwest style Red Ale that uses Munich and Crystal Malts for sweetness and deep red colour. Notes of caramel, toffee, and toast are prevalent, balanced with Simcoe, locally grown Hound Dog Hop Farms Cascade hops, and the fruity El Dorado variety. The result is a pleasant malty treat balanced with stone fruit, citrus, and piney aromas.

	Schwarzbier
We dove back into traditional styles with another throwback lager. This Schwarzbier style beer is rich in coffee, toast, and caramel. All the roasted malt of a Porter combined with the refreshing drinkability of a Pilsner makes this a smooth companion for chilly nights. Prost!

	Red Ale - Other
We are serving the tastiest dessert to commemorate our one-year anniversary: this delectable ale is full of flavours of creamy vanilla and fiery banana. We are thrilled to what 2024 has in store and are grateful that you could join us on this crazy journey. Such a beer could not exist without you. Cheers to a fantastic first year and to you!

	Stout - Pastry
De La Creme and 518 Oak Aged Imperial Stout

	Spiced / Herbed Beer
Skip dessert and ignite the senses with our De La Crème Vanilla Ale. Packed full of a myriad of dessert flavours for an adventurous and delightful pint. *Contains Lactose

This Hazy IPA will be your best friend as we drift out of winter, into spring, then back into winter, and then hopefully, into the real spring. Hopped with Sabro, Bravo, and Sultana.
